The staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating, providing us with useful information about the city and making us feel welcome. They even gave us shortcuts to nearby stores and the bank. the hotel's location was quite convenient, with city sights just a 15-minute walk away.

The lack of a lock box in the room, which made it a bit inconvenient for storing valuables. the hotel's surroundings were not very picturesque, being tucked away behind buildings and lacking much to look at.
